Hunter Reynolds held off a late charge from Jackson Hill to win the Hopkinsville Golf and Country Cub Invitational Tuesday by one shot.

The Trigg County golfer was up three shots on Hill with two holes to play.  Hill birdied the par-3 18th hole, while Reynolds was able to save par.

Hill, a senior from Madisonville, stuck his second shot on the par-4 18th hole within four feet of the cup.  Reynolds chipped his third shot on and drained a 10-foot par putt to stay a shot ahead of Hill and claim the win.

Reynolds carded three birdies on the front nine to go out at even par.  He finished with a 2-over 73 to edge Hill by one shot.  After a 39 on the front nine, Hill shot 1-under on the back.

Ty Butts shot a round of 82 to finish in a tie for 17th place and help Trigg County to a fourth-place team finish.  Hayden Reynolds followed with an 85.  Tyler Ahart shot an 89, and Dallas Ahart had a 93.
