Just a day after it was announced that the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers would have to postpone their first three matches due to COVID protocols, the Hopkinsville Tigers have announced that their season will be delayed until at least August 21st.
Officials notified YourSportsEdge.Com of the decision Friday. On Thursday afternoon it was announced that the Lady Tigers would see their first three games of the season postponed or canceled.
The Tigers had been scheduled to play a final regular-season scrimmage Saturday afternoon against Mayfield before opening the season Monday against Greenwood at Hopkinsville Middle School.
