Murray State head softball coach Kara Amundson has announced the addition of five middle school clinics for the coming summer. The clinics will take place over five dates on June 11 and 25, July 16 and August 6 and 13.
All camps are open to rising sixth through eighth graders and will run two hours from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Each clinic will include one hour of hitting instruction and one hour of either defensive or pitching instruction. The cost for each clinic is $100, with a limit of 10 campers per date, while campers that sign up for all five dates can do so at the discounted price of $450.
The middle school camps will be in addition to Amundson’s three elite camps that will take place June 18, July 9 and August 26 for rising eighth graders to 2018 graduates.
Each camper to all camps, both middle school and elite, is required to bring their own cleats, tennis shoes, glove, helmet and bat. Registration is now available on line for all camps and clinics at KaraAmundsonCamps.com.
